Not every battery is the same. Neither is the handling.

BatteryReturn works with original batteries from real repair and refurbishment workflows. Condition, origin and safe handling are what matter most.

Which batteries fit BatteryReturn?

Regularly removed batteries

Original batteries coming out of normal repair, exchange or device preparation workflows without acute abnormalities.

Aged stock

Inventory that no longer fits your active resale or service flow and should be handed over in an orderly way.

Defective or unusual units

Handled only with advance information. Visible damage changes both transport and review requirements.

Sorted collection batches

Grouped returns with quantity context, model overview or internal batch markers are easier to handle correctly.

Safety boundaries

  • Swollen batteries require individual approval before any shipment step.
  • Thermally damaged or leaking units must never be shipped without case-by-case review.
  • Report exposed contacts or unstable packaging situations in advance.
  • If in doubt, ask first and do not ship on your own initiative.

Important: swollen, leaking or thermally damaged batteries must never be shipped without individual approval.
